Welcome to Something to Think About!
Its objective is to enrich and inspire your day. You've heard it said that vision comes before execution; but first vision is set for us in the form of a thought.
We hope you visit us whenever you can--every day if possible--to snatch an inspirational thought to get you going!
We encourage you to share these insights with anyone whom may need encouragement and support. Your visit is appreciated, and we wish you a day filled with awe and inspiration.
We had discussed “Passion” last week, but there’s more on the subject that can carryover into another week. So, this week let’s consider the greatest passion we all can possess—one that helps all humankind. It is the passion to love—unconditionally, freely, openly, limitlessly. The real test to love is to love the unlovely—those difficult to deal with, argumentative, salty, behaves badly, etc.. Surely we have at least one of those “unlovables” in our lives.
Power of Passion
Ralph Waldo Emerson: “Do the thing and you will have the power.” Put feet to your passion. It will empower you and set you on the path of opportunity.
Reality of Passion
Belva Davis: “Don't be afraid of the space between your dreams and reality. If you can dream it, you can make it so.” Release your dream, your passion, and let it take a natural life of its own.
